My Practice

I work from a peaceful room in the Hyfryd Holistic Therapies wellbeing centre in Briton Ferry (nr Neath, about 4 miles from Port Talbot).  Briton Ferry has a train and bus service and we are only a 2 minute walk from the train station on Brynhyfryd Road.  There is plenty of parking nearby if travelling by car.

I also offer secure, encrypted counselling over MS Teams video if you are unable to attend in person.  It makes for a comparable alternative to face-to-face if that is preferable to you.  I will provide detailed instructions on how to get set up for the first time to make the process as easy as possible for you.
